FORGED IN STEEL
BUILT TO ENDURE
RIGID. RESILIENT. READY TO RACE.
HARDWARE THAT LETS YOU FEEL THE RACE.
3R Simworks rigs are built for the sport—because true immersion comes when the rig disappears. Every weld, every angle, every material choice is designed to support immersion, clarity, and control.
We are a new force in sim racing hardware—designed from the ground up for those who want to feel the race and embrace control. Our rigs blend industrial-grade fabrication with immersive design, built to evolve with your setup. Every detail is intentional and built to withstand pressure—physical, mechanical, and competitive. We fabricate for feel, not flash – though it’s a bonus that the rig happens to look sleek, modern, and ready for any room. We design for racers who demand clarity, durability, and control. This is hardware that earns its place, weld by weld.
Immersive Frame Resonance (IFR) – A Hidden Bonus
In real vehicles, feedback doesn’t happen in one spot — it moves through the entire chassis.
You feel rumble strips through the seat rails, ABS through the pedals, traction loss through the body, drivetrain pulses through the floor.
Your brain blends those signals into a single, connected sense of what the car is doing.
Because our rigs are built from HSS steel, that same structural behavior shows up here too.
Force feedback doesn’t stay isolated at the wheel. It travels through the frame the way it would in a real cockpit, creating a familiar, chassis‑wide response your brain instantly recognizes.
It mirrors how a real car communicates:
- Hit a rumble strip → you feel it through the seat rails
- ABS kicks in → the pedal deck has a distinct buzz
- Wheel loses traction → the chassis gives a quick shiver
- Drivetrain lash → you catch a pulse through the floor
These sensations aren’t programmed.
They’re structural — the natural result of how the rig is fabricated.
We’ve chosen to call this Immersive Frame Resonance (IFR).
Not a feature we initially engineered — it was a behavior the frame naturally produced. We then took care not to reduce this feedback characteristic and are taking steps to further enhance it.
It doesn’t replace dedicated haptics — it complements them.
Haptics give you the targeted effects.
TFR gives you the underlying structure reacting as one.
A bonus that feels unmistakably real.
DRIVEN BY FEEDBACK. DESIGNED WITH PURPOSE.
We built our rig with you in the loop.
We asked. You answered. We listened – and we adapted.
Every voice has helped shape what we’re building—rigs, accessories, systems, and the philosophy behind it all.
The geometry, the mounting logic, the feel—it’s all rooted in real-world use and real-world needs.
This isn’t just our idea of what sim racing gear should be.
It’s yours too.
And we’re not done listening.
PRECISION-BUILT. DRIVER-FOCUSED. FUTURE READY.

INTRODUCING

THE 3R SIMWORKS 3R-2
OUR FOUNDATION RIG, EVOLVED.
RIGID. ROBUST. REVOLUTIONARY. BUILT TO HANDLE THE TOUGHEST FEEDBACK THE INDUSTRY HAS TO OFFER!
The 3R‑2 is now at Production Prototype Candidate stage.
We’re refining the final details to bring it fully in line with our design vision.
THE NEXT EVOLUTION OF OUR RIGS
The 3R‑1 was our first rig, and it set the foundation for everything we wanted to build. The 3R-2 takes those ideas and pushes them into a completely new foundation.
We kept what mattered:
- Universal seat mounting — car seats, sim seats, office chairs
- Up to 12° of seat tilt
- Universal pedal plate — if it exists, it bolts on
- Full‑motion wheel adjustment — 30° of tilt and 17″ of telescope
- Structural steel construction — welded where it counts, bolted when it should
- Friction‑formed threaded members — carried forward and refined from the 3R‑1
Then we rebuilt around it:
- Pedal adjustability — 7″ fore‑aft travel with up to 20° of tilt
- Compact footprint — 48″(1,220mm) x 22″ (560mm)
- GT bucket compatibility — over 20° of tilt with GT plates
- Universal accessory mounting — side rails and towers for shifters, handbrakes, trays, cup holders, and more
- Reduced weight — trimmed where we could while maintaining integrity
- A mere 70 lbs — a surprisingly lightweight steel rig without compromising strength
- Shipping‑friendly design — fits into a 48″ × 22″ × 8″ flat‑pack box
- Extremely fast assembly — every rig is fully test‑assembled before shipping; at home it’s 4 bolts and about 15 minutes
FORGED FOR THE RACE.
Built to disappear beneath the drive.
This rig isn’t like anything you’ve seen. It’s subdued, compact, and solid – designed to stay out of the way and let the race take center stage. It’s made from structural steel, holds its own and has a torque capacity that far exceeds market standard.
SYSTEM OVERVIEW & SPECIFICATIONS

MEET THE TEAM BEHIND 3R SIMWORKS
We’re a small family team with big ideas and calloused hands. We didn’t start with a million-dollar lab. We started with a welder, a CNC, and a mission: Build the sim racing cockpit we always wanted. No investors. No shortcuts. Just late nights, shared meals, and a relentless drive to make something that feels right and performs flawlessly.
Our Team

Vincent Babin
3R Simworks Design & Fabrication lead, where structure meets performance.
Brings CWB-certified precision to every weld, shaping rigs that hold their line under pressure. With an instinct for geometry and feel, each frame is built to respond like muscle and endure like machinery. When not fabricating, he’s racing—testing every rig in real conditions and feeding that feedback straight into the next build. The result: hardware that’s intentional, race-ready, and built to evolve.

Richard Babin
3R Simworks Primary engineering tech, where sim racing meets real structure.
Decades in the garage, on the track, and behind the bars of a motocross bike have shaped a deep, instinctive understanding of how vehicles move, flex, and respond. That insight drives every decision—from frame geometry to weld prep. With a mechanic’s hands and a racer’s mindset, he builds rigs that feel right because they’re grounded in the real thing. When he’s not refining structure, he’s in the seat—testing, tuning, and chasing the same edge he’s been chasing his whole life.

Jason Babin
3R Simworks Lead Fabricator, where precision meets passion.
Brings a perfectionist’s eye and a craftsman’s touch to every weld, every finish, every frame. With CWB certification and a relentless drive for quality, he builds rigs that feel sculpted and intentional. New to racing but fully immersed, he drives the same rigs he helps shape—learning the lines, chasing the feel, and refining the build with every lap. The rig brought him to sim racing; now he’s helping define it.

Melanie Babin
3R Simworks Creative lead, where every word, line, and layout drives connection.
Handles the branding, graphics, and messaging—making sure the rig speaks clearly, looks sharp, and feels true to what it is. From marketing to writing, she’s the one behind the words and visuals that connect. Lately, she’s been getting into sim racing herself—she’s no pro, but not afraid to push the pace. The rig pulled her in, and now she’s chasing the feel, one fast lap at a time.
FEEL THE RACE.
